I'm a beginner again with this new medium. But I'd like to think that the medium is just an extension of one's foundations :) This was a fun exercise. And I really tried but I ended up overdetailing haha.

Half marathon. I was really busy at this time and didn't want to force daily ink drawings just for the sake of finishing. I also still wanted to make sure that each one was value-adding to my learning mileage.

I took this as an opportunity to study Akira Kurosawa shots :)

StrangeLit Book Launch

I am so proud of my good friend, WilJ, for having published his first e-book. I'm just so happy that he was able to take the steps in order to make time for his craft. (We were in the same Business Economics program back in college, and he is actually in a corporate managerial day job at present!)

"Harvesting Nightblooms" is a YA paranormal romance about a girl who wakes up in a coffin wearing her prom dress, only to find out that she has somehow slipped into another world.

Points for showmanship lol

This was something I dreamed about. Reckon it was my brain trying to process and archive the structures I saw in Istanbul but it got mixed up with some of the colonial Baroque of old Manila. I'm a lucid dreamer and it's nice when I dream of cities and can walk around them xD

Also sketched some characters as an afterthought. They're the acrobats (off-duty) in the above scenes.
